HV Group’s E-commerce Cluster is recruiting a Procurement & Logistics – Specialist
The Procurement & Logistics Specialist provides operational and analytical support to the Team Lead in managing supply chain activities. He/She is responsible for verifying FBA shipments, monitoring stock data, and assisting in the execution of logistics processes across EU, UK and US marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities :
FBA Size & Shipment Verification
- Verify FBA product dimensions and weights against Amazon's requirements prior to shipment creation
- Review and validate inbound shipment details before submission in Seller/Vendor Central
- Monitor FBA shipment status and flag discrepancies or delays to the Team Lead
- Assist in resolving FBA receiving discrepancies and initiating reimbursement claims
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract and analyse inventory data from Amazon, 3PL, and internal systems
- Prepare regular stock reports and dashboards for the Team Lead's review
- Track supplier delivery performance and flag deviations
Operational Support
- Assist the Team Lead in day-to-day supply chain operations and coordination tasks
- Support purchase order management and supplier follow-up
- Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PL partners on operational matters under Team Lead guidance
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or Amazon operations
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes and Seller Central
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail, especially in verifying shipping and product data
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data management
- Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and logistics partners
- Organised and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
