With the Group’s growth over time, there was a need to set up offices, warehouses, production areas and points of sales in both Mauritius and Madagascar, constituting our initial real estate portfolio. Thanks to the experience gained through this endeavour, we branched out to include property rental in our business activities. Today, property rental is one of the main pillars of our real estate cluster, whose assets act as strong guarantees to financial institutions. Over 50 hectares of land have been earmarked for future development and residential and non-residential estate projects.

Logiparks
Logiparks is a multi-phase development project. The ambition is to set up an industrial complex of 35,000 sqm consisting of warehousing and logistics facilities, light industrial settings, office spaces and container parks.
Grand Baie La Croisette (GBLC)
GBLC is an innovative mixed-use project and hosts one of the largest shopping centres of the island, comprising of retail shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities as well as residential and office spaces.
Montebello
The Montebello Smart City, located in the centre of the island, is a new 50-hectare project started in 2021, whose facilities will include showrooms, commercial spaces, sports centre, office and residential spaces.
La Salette Estate (Grand Baie)
Initiated in 2022, La Salette Estate project is a residential and commercial project of over 20 hectares in the north of Mauritius.
Flacq Retail Park
Operating since 2019, Flacq Retail Park is a commercial mall of 12,000sqm, found in the east of Mauritius.

Ikopark Galerie Commerciale (Tanjombato)
The retail and office park of 4,000sqm will be operational as from June 2023.
Place Masay (Antananarivo)
Nestled on the shores of Masay Lake, Place Masay is a project offering 200 apartments, a business centre, commercial spaces, and a wellness and sports centre, expected to launch in 2023.
ZIAM ( Zone Industrielle Ampitatafika) (Antananarivo)
This development zone of more than 250,000sqm is conceived for industrial and warehousing activities as well as complementary development activities. This follows a similar project of 70,000sqm that has been successfully undertaken and sold in its entirety in Tamatave.
