UDITEC Sarl is a major player in home appliances for retail and distribution in Madagascar, with a wide portfolio of well-established International brands. It is the distributor of various brands such as TRUST, Samsung, Huawei, TCL, Midea, JBL, LG, Group SEB and Itel. New brands such as Apple, Nokia, Philips and Black & Decker have been recently introduced.
UCODIS Sarl ensures the distribution of products manufactured by HV Industries Ltd as well as those imported by HV International Trade Limited to more than 12,000 stores across Madagascar. This is made possible thanks to a fleet of more than 300 vehicles and warehouse storage capacity covering an estimated 30,000sqm.
UTEXMA is the trading and distribution arm for raw textile materials. It operates a wholesale store through which it distributes textile materials over Madagascar.
COSMEDIS Sarlu deals in branded cosmetic products (Henkel brands, Flormar, etc.). It procures a variety of products for its stores and other retailers in the country. It solely buys from HV International Trade Limited.
