Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management
  • Support day-to-day logistics, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry procurement standards

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with procurement systems
  • Local citizens only – this role is open to nationals residing in Mauritius
