Marketing – Team Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

HV Group’s E-commerce Cluster is recruiting a Marketing Team Lead.

 

The Marketing Team Lead is the creative and strategic leader of the Marketing department. This role is responsible for setting the overall marketing and content direction for all Amazon listings, brand stores, packaging, and digital presence. The Team Lead manages a multi-disciplinary team including graphic designers, customer service, SEO/content, and a marketing coordinator, ensuring all outputs are aligned, high quality, and delivered on time.

 

Key Responsibilities : 

 

Strategic Marketing Direction

 

  • Define and implement the overall marketing and creative strategy for the brand across Amazon EU, UK and US
  • Set the brand tone, visual identity guidelines, and content standards for all marketing outputs
  • Develop and maintain a marketing roadmap aligned with the product launch and sales calendar
  • Stay ahead of Amazon platform changes, competitor strategies, and consumer trends to inform marketing decisions

 

Team Leadership & Workload Management

 

  • Manage and mentor the Marketing team including Graphic Designers, Customer Service Specialist, SEO/Content Specialist, and Marketing Coordinator
  • Allocate team workload, set priorities, and manage the delivery roadmap for creative and content assets
  • Conduct regular team reviews and performance conversations
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-quality output culture within the team

 

Content Review & Competitor Benchmarking

 

  • Conduct regular content reviews of all product listings relative to top competitors
  • Issue clear creative and content direction to the team based on competitive gaps and performance data
  • Review and approve all major creative and content outputs before publication

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

 

  • Liaise with the Product Development Team Leads to align on product development roadmap, packaging briefs, and listing asset requirements
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce Sales Team Leads to ensure creative and content outputs support sales and advertising strategy
  • Work with the Compliance Officer to ensure all marketing claims and labelling are compliant

 

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field

 

Experience

 

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong track record of managing Amazon-focused marketing operations
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing multi-project marketing workflows

 

Skills & Competencies

 

  • Strong visual and creative sensibility combined with analytical thinking
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon platform (A+ Content, Brand Store, listing optimisation)
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable creative briefs and feedback
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
