HV Group’s E-commerce Cluster is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level role that provides operational and administrative support to the Marketing team. This role assists with data extraction, content scheduling, asset management, and general team coordination, enabling the team's specialists to focus on higher-value creative and strategic work.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the Marketing Team Lead, designers, and specialists
- Coordinate team calendars, project trackers, and delivery timelines
- Manage and organise the creative asset library (images, copy documents, packaging files)
- Support in uploading and updating content on Amazon Seller Central as directed
Data Extraction & Basic Analysis
- Extract marketing and sales performance data from Amazon platforms and third-party tools
- Compile data into basic reports and dashboards for the team's use
- Track content update schedules and ensure listings are updated on time
Administrative Tasks
- Manage team meeting notes and action logs
- Coordinate between internal teams for asset collection and approvals
- Handle general administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Lead
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience; a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Good written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and Amazon is an advantage
