HV Group’s E-commerce Cluster is recruiting Ecommerce Sales – Team Leads.
The Ecommerce Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sales performance across their assigned portfolio on Amazon EU, UK and US marketplaces. He/She owns the end-to-end sales strategy including advertising campaigns, promotional planning, listing optimisation, and performance reporting. The Team Lead is also the primary interface between Product Development and Sales, supporting new product launches and managing the assigned product portfolio's revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned product portfolio across all marketplaces
- Own the portfolio P&L and drive revenue and margin targets
- Conduct regular performance analysis and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to the General Manager
- Monitor and act on Best Seller Rank (BSR) trends, buy box performance, and marketplace health metrics
Advertising & Promotions
- Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across EU, UK, US
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure target ACoS/TACoS are maintained
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns including Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal promotions
- Analyse ad performance data and implement ongoing optimisation strategies
Listing & Catalogue Management
- Ensure all product listings are fully optimised with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images
- Lead troubleshooting of catalogue and listing issues (suppressed listings, stranded inventory, ASIN merges)
- Maintain listing health and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies
- Coordinate with Marketing team for listing content updates
New Product Launch
- Lead the sales launch plan for new products entering the portfolio
- Build and execute launch ad campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional sequences
- Monitor early sales velocity and make rapid adjustments to maximise launch success
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team Lead to align on launch readiness and sales strategy
- Liaise with Procurement & Logistics on stock availability and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts
- Provide sell-through data and sales forecasts to Procurement & Logistics for inventory planning
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts
- Proven track record of growing Amazon sales through PPC and listing optimisation
- Experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple Amazon marketplaces (EU, UK, US)
- Experience with Amazon tools such as Brand Analytics, Advertising Console, Seller Central
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of Amazon's A9/A10 algorithm and ranking factors
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Experience with third-party Amazon tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Perpetua, Pacvue etc.)
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and campaigns simultaneously
