Ecommerce Sales – Specialists

JOB DESCRIPTION

HV Group’s E-commerce Cluster is recruiting Ecommerce Sales Specialists.

 

The Ecommerce Sales Specialist provides hands-on operational and analytical support to the Ecommerce Sales Team Lead. He/She is responsible for executing day-to-day Amazon marketplace activities including data extraction, ad optimisation, marketplace monitoring, and reporting, enabling the Team Lead to focus on strategy and performance management.

 

Key Responsibilities : 

 

Operational Support

 

  • Support the Team Lead in the day-to-day management of the assigned product portfolio across Amazon EU, UK and US
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Team Lead in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor sales, ad spend, and key metrics

 

Data Extraction & Reporting

 

  • Extract sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising data from Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and third-party tools
  • Compile regular performance reports for review by the Team Lead
  • Maintain clean, organised data files for analysis and trend tracking

 

Ads Optimisation

 

  • Execute PPC campaign optimisations as directed by the Team Lead (bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, negative keyword management)
  • Monitor daily ad spend and flag anomalies or budget pacing issues
  • Support in building new ad campaigns for product launches

 

Marketplace Monitoring

 

  • Monitor listing health, Buy Box status, and competitor activity across marketplaces
  • Flag catalogue issues, listing suppressions, or account health notifications to the Team Lead
  • Track competitor pricing, promotions, and ranking changes

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements : 

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

 

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Amazon or e-commerce operational role
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Experience with Amazon advertising tools and reporting

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for detail
  • Familiarity with Amazon advertising (PPC) concepts
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive communicator with ability to escalate issues promptly
