On the occasion of Madagascar’s 65th Independence Day, The Hematlal Veljee Foundation, in collaboration with Unifoods, part of the HV Group, brought smiles to young faces by distributing food supplements to children across four local neighborhoods of Ankadikely Ilafy — Analamahitsy, Ambohitrarahaba, Manjaka, and Ankadikely — as well as to the children of the Sathya Sai Centre in Itaosy.
This meaningful act of solidarity turned the day into one of joy and hope for many children. This event was held on 24 June 2025, in the presence of the Mayor of Ankadikely Ilafy and the Presidents of the respective areas.
This initiative was a gesture of care, aligned with the Group’s commitment to poverty alleviation and food security.
