As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, The Hematlal Veljee Foundation proudly partnered with SOS Children’s Villages Mauritius, that works tirelessly to ensure that children and young people without parental care, or at risk of losing it, receive the love, support, and guidance they need to thrive.
Providing Essential Support
We provided food vouchers to parents of children under the care of SOS Children’s Villages. Our contribution to “”A Child’s Wish List” was not just a donation – it was a gesture of solidarity and hope, ensuring that these families could access basic necessities and care for their loved ones.
Empowering the Next Generation
One of our HR members actively participated in an employability camp organised for young individuals. From CV-writing tips to interview preparation and career guidance, practical knowledge and tools were shared to help young individuals take confident steps toward a brighter, more independent future.
